1. Clean and dry feet thoroughly before use
2. Tear down the larger paper on the adhesive plaster and attach the foot patch onto it
3. Tear down the smaller paper on the adhesive plaster
4. Attach the whole adhesive plaster firmly onto the sole of your foot
5. Apply before sleeping and leave on for a minimum of 6 hours (8 hours recommended)
6. Remove the patch in the morning — the patch will change colour from white to brown, indicating use
7. Clean the skin after removal
