Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
At Skinstory, Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available as a payment option on our website.
However, we do offer COD for selected orders upon request, subject to serviceability and eligibility.

COD Handling Charges
To confirm a COD order, customers are required to pay the applicable COD handling and shipping charges in advance.
The advance COD handling charge generally ranges between ₹150 and ₹300, depending on the package weight, destination, and courier charges.
The remaining product amount can be paid to the courier partner at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation
COD orders will be processed only after the advance COD handling charges have been successfully received.
Orders will be confirmed based on courier serviceability and availability of the requested products.

Cancellation of COD Orders
Once a COD order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD deliveries may result in the customer becoming ineligible for future COD orders.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a COD shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated failed delivery attempts, any future re-dispatch of the order may require additional shipping charges.
