If the product you are looking for is:

* Currently out of stock, or
* Any skincare product you would like us to source,
you are welcome to place a pre-order with us.

Estimated Dispatch Timeline
Pre-orders are generally dispatched within 20–25 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.
Please note that this timeline is only an estimate. International shipping and customs clearance are beyond our control and may occasionally result in delays. In some cases, orders may also arrive earlier than expected.

Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm every pre-order.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch.
Your pre-order will be placed with our international sourcing partner only after the advance payment has been received.

Cancellation & Order Changes
Since pre-order products are specially sourced based on your request, all confirmed pre-orders are considered custom orders.
Once your order has been confirmed and the advance payment has been received:
* Cancellation requests will not be accepted.
* Changes to the product, quantity, shade, or variant cannot be accommodated.
* Advance payments are non-refundable unless Skinstory is unable to procure the ordered product.
